What We Provide

Scriptal is an AI-powered tool for analyzing meeting transcripts. We provide semantic search, entity extraction, action item detection, and sales intelligence features on a subscription basis.

Your Account

You're responsible for your account credentials and everything that happens under your account. Keep your password secure. If someone unauthorized accesses your account, let us know immediately.

Don't Be a Jerk

Don't:

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Try to hack our systems or other users' accounts
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Abuse the service with excessive API calls or scraping
• Resell or redistribute the service
• Store personal information that violates privacy laws

Your Data

You own your transcripts and data. We just store and process them to provide the service. We don't train AI models on your data or use it for anything besides giving you insights.

Make sure you have the rights to upload whatever you're uploading. That's on you.

Payment & Subscription

$79/month for unlimited transcripts and unlimited team members. We bill through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel.

Cancel anytime from settings, and you'll keep access until your period ends.

All fees are non-refundable unless required by law. We can change prices with 30 days notice, but won't affect your current subscription term.

AI Disclaimer

Our service uses AI to analyze transcripts. AI makes mistakes sometimes. Don't make critical business decisions based solely on AI-generated insights without verifying them first. We're not liable if the AI gets something wrong.

Service Availability

We aim for 99% uptime but can't guarantee the service will always be available. Sometimes things break. We'll fix them as fast as we can.

Termination

We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraud, or if legally required. You can delete your account anytime from settings.

When you delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days (unless we're legally required to keep it).

Liability

We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We don't guarantee it'll be error-free, secure, or that AI results will be accurate.

Changes to Terms

We might update these terms. If we make big changes, we'll email you. Continuing to use the service means you accept the new terms.
